Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's application for re-physical standard test can only be considered in the event petitioner's claim stands covered in the detailed orders passed by this court in Writ petition being Writ A No. 1670 of 2025 read with Writ A No. 2158 of 2025. 3. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ A No. 1670 of 2025 read with Writ A No. 2158 of 2025. However it is left open for the authorities to find out similarities in two cases before passing final order.
