It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that no approval was required in transfer of the employee within the division and yet petitioner's transfer made on 13.06.2025 against post at Varanasi which was to get vacant on 01.07.2025. The said transfer order was taken back on the same date and the respondent no.4 has been accommodated by passing order dated 15.06.2025 whereas there is no reference to any approval order of his transfer in the order. 2. Prima facie, argument advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner appears to have substance. 3. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to place before the Court, the approval order allegedly granted to the transfer by respondent no.4 as has come to be mentioned under the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 on the next date fixed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel shall also place the necessary circular that records the requisite approval in the matter of transfer within the
