A very short point arises for consideration by this Court as to whether in the matter of exercise of power of review under Rule 14 of the U.P. Government Servants (Disciplin and Appeal) Rules, 1999, petitioner has stood discriminated against as review petitions of identically placed two employees qua final punishment of termination from service, were allowed whereas the review petition of the petitioner was got dismissed in a very cursory manner. 3. Present petitioner Santosh Kumar Pandey was awarded with the final punishment of dismissal from service which may not have barred the petitioner from seeking employment in future. From the order of punishment dated 05.07.2023 b
