By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has assailed the order dated 20.11.2013 terminating the services of the petitioner merely on the basis of conviction in a criminal case being Sessions Trial No.- 01 of 2002 arising out of chargesheet being RC No.- 18(S)/93 under Section 120B, 302, 302/34 364 of the erstwhile Indian Panel Code and the order dated 19.4.2014 passed by the respondent No.- 4. The submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that order impugned has come to be passed without giving any notice much less a show cause notice to the petitioner.
