The present writ petition is directed against the judgement/order rendered by State Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Claim Petition No.309 of 2020. 3. Learned counsel for the State has argued that the cut-off-date mentioned in the government order dated 24.02.2009 which as a matter of fact is set out as 01.12.2008 was wrongly projected before the Tribunal as 01.12.2006. The claimant before the Tribunal has thus mentioned a wrong date as compared to the date mentioned in the government order. It is on the premise of a wrong date mentioned in the typed copy of government order that the claim has come to be allowed.
