This petition is directed against order dated 19.03.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application (OA) No.330/01118/2011 whereby the OA filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2. The petitioner who was initially appointed as Clerk on 22.04.1982, was involved in a criminal case, which ultimately led to his discharge and acquittal by the competent court. 3. The petitioner during the course of trial of the said case, apparently was absent from duty during the period 25.10.1988 to 03.05.1990. After the acquittal, the respondents, by order dated 15.04.2008, regularized the period of absence and ordered for payment of salary for the said period. 4.
