Petitioner who was working as Driver in the office of the District Magistrate was subjected to disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the chargesheet dated 15.09.2014 in which two charges were levelled regarding filing of petrol in the official vehicle by making forged signatures of the OSD concerned and thereby embezzeling the amount and then further not reporting for duty in the office of the Chief Development Officer, Firozabad despite the order issued from the office of District Magistrate dated 27.06.2014. 3.
