Petitioner was appointed as Clerk Grade-II in Kanpur Development Authority on 30.04.1990. In the year 2010 he was granted promotion on the post of Clerk Grade-I. 2. Petitioner was put under suspension vide order dated 26.02.2020 on ground that he, on basis of forged documents, prepared freehold sale deeds in favour of such persons, who were not actual allottees, which has also caused financial loss running into crores of rupees. 3. Aforesaid order was challenged by way of filing Writ-A No. 5888 of 2021, however, meanwhile inquiry report was submitted, therefore, the writ petition was dismissed being infructuous vide order dated 16.09.2021. 4.
