Heard Sri Laloo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petition is aggrieved by the order cancelling the candidature only on the ground of handwriting expert opinion obtained for the thumb impression obtained in the examination Hall found to be different from the one recorded in bio-metric data. 3. It is contended that if the respondents were relying upon ex parte handwriting expert then an opportunity ought to have been offered to the petitioner to contest the report by supplying copy thereof in the light of judgment and in full compliance of the principles of natural justice. He has placed reliance upon Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Ran Vijay Singh & 34 Others v. Union of India & 6 Others passed in Writ - A No. 2813 of 2017 in which vide para 25 to
