This petition is directed against order dated 07.07.2025 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad whereby the Tribunal while admitting the Original Application has rejected the prayer for interim relief and has observed that any appointment/promotion from the panel in question shall be subject to the outcome of the Original Application. 3. After hearing the counsel for the parties and going through the material placed on record, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal, the petition is, therefore, dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to agitate his cause before the Tribunal in the Original Application.
