This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 14.01.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 474/2019, titled Sanjeet Sehrawat v. Union of India & Ors., allowing the said OA filed by the respondent herein with the following directions: “9. In the light of the above, we are of the considered opinion that the balance of convenience in the instant OA clearly lies with the applicant. The instant OA has merit, deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed. The impugned orders dated 14.03.2016 and 02.06.2016 are quashed and set aside.
