The present Petition has been filed under Section 115 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as “CPC”] impugning the order dated 02.04.2025 passed by the learned District Judge-01, South West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”]. By the Impugned Order, the Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC has been dismissed. 4. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Impugned Order is bereft of any finding.
