CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. The petitioner has filed a petition seeking divorce which is pending adjudication. 2. The abovesaid petition was filed by her in the year 2021. 3. The limited prayer in the present petition is to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts to expedite the disposal in a time-bound manner. 4. The case is, reportedly, at the stage of recording of evidence. 5. Keeping in mind the heavy pendency in the Family Courts in Delhi, it is not possible for this Court to give any direction to dispose of the matter in a time-bound manner, particularly, when the suit is, relatively, not very old and when no compelling instance of any acute hardship or exigency has been cited. 6. The petition is accordingly dismissed. Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed CM(M) 1326/2025 1 By:SONIA THAPLIYAL Signing Date:25.07.2025 12:02:37 7.
