This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023& Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking quashing ofFIR No. 391/2023, dated 17.08.2023,registered at P.S Baba Haridas Nagar, New Delhi under sections 354C/506/509 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2.
