This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023& Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking quashing ofFIR No. 391/2023, dated 17.08.2023,registered at P.S Baba Haridas Nagar, New Delhi under sections 354C/506/509 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. Respondent No. 2 submits that she developed a consensual sexual relationship with Petitioner who was already married. Chargesheet was filed on 28.10.2024 and the criminal case against the Petitioner is pending at the stage of charge. 3. During the proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes and executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 03.07.2025.
