$~75 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI % Date of Decision: 16th July, 2025 + CM(M) 1228/2025 & CM APPL. 41448-41449/2025 SUDHEESH C ANAND & ANR. .....Petitioner Through: Petitioner in person. versus JIA RAM ANAND & ANR. .....Respondent Through: None. CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. The present petition has been filed by Mr. Sudheesh C Anand, who is judgment debtor No.1 before the learned Executing Court. 2. It seems that the grievance of the judgment debtor No.1/petitioner is, merely, to the effect that the execution is pending for quite some time and has not been so far disposed of despite the fact that he has already apprised the learned Executing Court on various previous occasions that since he does not have any movable or immovable property situated within the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts, the execution at Delhi could not have been proceeded but his such contention has yet not been answered. 3. The petitioner is, reportedly, an octogenarian and, merely, seeks that the abovesaid aspect may be considered by the learned Executing Court as expeditiously as possible. 4. The next date before the learned Executing Court is stated to be 29.08.2025. Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed CM(M) 1228/2025 1 By:SONIA THAPLIYAL Signing Date:18.07.2025 10:34:04 5. The execution petition was filed way back in the year 2018. 6. Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case and after hearing the petitioner, who appears in person, the present petition is disposed of with request to the learned Executing Court to give top most priority to the abovesaid Execution Petition and to dispose of application filed by the judgment debtor, without any further delay. 7. It is, however, clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion with respect
