The present petition has been filed under section 528 BNSS seeking the quashing of the FIR no. 417/2024 registered on CRL.M.C. 4021/2025 2. The FIR reveals the commission of offence under Section 75, 351(2), and 79(3)(5) of the BNS. Both parties are stated to be neighbours. During the pendency of the proceedings, both the parties entered into a settlement/compromise dated 28.03.2025 and amicably settled their disputes.
