Learned counsel for the parties submit that issue as raised in the present appeal is similar to the issue raised in Amit Kishore and another Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others : Special Appeal No. 697 of 2025 which has been decided on 29.07.2025 and therefore, the present appeal may also be disposed of in light of and with similar directions as given in the case of Amit Kishore (supra). 2. In the case of Amit Kishore (supra), this Court, after hearing the parties, inter alia observed and directed as under: "4. Having heard counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that as the dispute pertains to the balance fees, which is claimed by the school as outstanding and the appellants are contesting the same, in case the appellants deposit the balance fees demanded by the respondent- school 'under protest' i.e. subject to
