This appeal is directed against the order dated 13.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 13997 of 2025, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioners has been dismissed for lack of locus standi. 2. The writ petition was filed, inter alia, seeking direction to the State Government to withdraw the grant-in-aid extended to the College, namely, Sri Guljarilal Maniram Inter College, Khairgarh, District Firozabad, which was continuing since 1973. The basis for filing the writ petition with the reliefs claimed was a resolution dated 01.12.2024 passed by the general body of the Society, whereby it was decided that the grant-in-aid which the institution was getting, be got stopped. 3.
