This appeal is directed against order dated 16.05.2025, passed in Writ - C No. 15512 of 2025, whereby learned Single Judge, after hearing the parties, stayed the proceeding pursuant to the show cause notice dated 25.01.2025 issued by the District Inspector of Schools ('DIOS'), Ballia in relation to the college in question. 2. After attempting to argue the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the respondents seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition itself with liberty to raise all the issues before the DIOS, pursuant to the notice dated 25.01.2025. 3. Counsel for the appellant has no objection to the same. 4. In view of the submissions made, the appeal, filed by the appellant, is disposed of. The respondent is permitted to withdraw Writ - C
