Aggrieved of the non supply of documents under the Right to Information Act, the appellant had filed Second Appeal before the State Information Commissioner, wherein the appeal came to be dismissed on 23.05.2023. The appellant filed recall application, which came to be dismissed on 21.10.2024 as the appellant was absent. Aggrieved of the same, the writ petition was filed. 3.
