This appeal is directed against order dated 30.04.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No. 108 of 2025, wherein while disposing of the writ petition, the custody of the corpus, which was ordered to be handed over to the respondent during the pendency of the petition, was made absolute till the disposal of the proceedings under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 ('the Act') pending before the Family Court. 2. The petition in the nature of habeas corpus was filed by the respondent-mother, inter alia, with the allegations that the custody of the minor child was forcibly taken away by the appellant on 14.06.2024. 3.
