The facts of the case are that the appellant appeared in High School Examination conducted by U.P. Board (in short ‘the Board’) from R.B. Rao Intermediate College, Rampur Buzurg, Salempur, District Deoria (in short ‘the institution’) in the year 2008 and passed the same.
