The writ petition was filed in the year 2010 seeking a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 4 to consider and verify the original documents of the petitioner-appellant for B.T.C. Training Course - 2004. The petition was dismissed on 29.09.2010 against which the present appeal was filed which was barred by limitation. 3. Notice on application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 was issued and the appeal was admitted on 09.05.2011, no interim order was granted. 4. In the year 2018, notice was issued to the appellant for engaging another counsel, however, none has appeared. 5. It appears that due to passage of time, the appellant has lost interest. 6.
