This special appeal has been filed aggrieved of the order dated 07.04.2025 passed in Modification Application No. 3 of 2024 in relation to Writ C No. 30191 of 2024. 2. When Writ C No. 30191 of 2024 came up before the learned Single Judge on 15.10.2024, after hearing the counsel for the petitioner, the Court noticed the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that without prejudice to the merits of the case, the petitioner in order to show bonafide, is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 4,78,780/- with the Registrar General of this Court provided the same may be kept in a fixed deposit. 3.
