The present application has been filed by the appellant under Order XLI Rule 27 read with Section 151 CPC with prayer to take on record the affidavit and various documents and for consideration of the same in the present special appeal. 3. In the affidavit supporting application, it is stated that on 22.05.2025, when the appeal was taken up for consideration, time was granted to the appellant to place on record the material to indicate the elections said to have be
