This appeal is directed against order dated 25.04.2018 passed by learned Single Judge requiring the appellants to make a representation against order of transfer dated 18.04.2018. 2. When the appeal came up before the Court on 07.05.2018, interim order was granted, which was confirmed on 29.05.2018. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order dated 18.04.2018 has been cancelled by order dated 29.05.2018 and has placed instructions received in this regard, for perusal of the Court, which are taken on record. 4. In view of the fact that the order impugned before the learned Single Judge itself has been cancelled, the special appeal has been rendered infructuous. 5.
