The present appeal arises out of order dated 25.07.2005 passed by learned Single Judge whereby the writ petition filed by the respondent has been allowed and disposed of. 2. The appeal was admitted on 15.12.2010 and the stay application was rejected. 3. In view thereof, apparently the order impugned dated 25.07.2005 must have been implemented and the appellants apparently have lost interest in the appeal. The same is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
