After attempting to make submissions for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw Writ C No. 4802 of 2025 as well as the present appeal and the Commissioner, Basti may be directed to decide the pending proceedings being Case No. 1754 of 2024 with expedition. 2. In view of submissions made, Writ C No. 4802 of 2025 filed by the appellant and the present appeal are dismissed as withdrawn. 3. The Commissioner, Basti is directed to decide the pending appeal with expedition preferably within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is placed by the appellant with the said authority in accordance with law. 4.
