The appeal against the order passed in a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is not maintainable in view of the provisions of Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 as laid down in Abhishek Sahu Vs. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Lucknow : Special Appeal No. 713 of 2014, decided on 28.11.2014 at Lucknow Bench. 3. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
