The present application has been filed by the applicants seeking leave to file appeal against the order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 40616 of 2024. The application is supported by affidavit stating therein that the order impugned was passed ex-parte to the applicants who were not impleaded as respondents, though they are members of the Managing Committee of the Society. 2. Submissions have been made that, earlier also, certain proceedings were held behind the back of the applicants, which were referred to during the course of arguments and it is urged that, in the facts of the case, leave be granted to the applicants to file the appeal. 3.
