Since the issue involved in both the aforesaid intra court appeals are interconnected, as such, the same are heard together and decided by a common order. 2. The intra-court appeals filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the High Court Rules are delayed by 110 days. 3. The appeals are accompanied with applications for condonation of delay duly supported with affidavits. 4. Reasons in detail have been spelt out for condonation of delay. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent does not have any objection if the delay in filing the speci
