This appeal is directed against the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by learned Single Judge, whereby the writ Court has given a direction as an interim measure to permit the students studying in the respondent's institution to undertake their examination of first year B.Pharma Course 'subject to final orders'. 2. Examinations were scheduled from 20.05.2025 i.e. from the next day, on which the order was passed by the learned Single Judge. 3. The present appeal has been filed on 16.07.2025 and is barred by 15 days. 3.
