Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Lko. & 3 others v. Jag Prasad Chaubey (Special Appeal No. 191 of 2024 decided on 6.09.2024), wherein similar nature appeal has been dismissed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Counsel for the appellants is not in a position to dispute the same. 6. In view thereof, for the reasons indicated in the case of Jag Prasad Chaubey (Supra), the present appeal is also dismissed.
