The order of regularization in service was acted upon by the State and benefit thereof, has been accepted by the present appellant ever since the date of passing of the order. 3. No grievance whatsoever, based on the award dated 30-06-1997 was ever raised by the appellant until filing of the writ petition in the year 2025, which has been dismissed on the ground of delay and laches. 4. We do not find any error in the Judgment passed by the writ court. The appeal is devoid of merits. 5. It is accordingly dismissed. (Shree Prakash Singh,J.) (A.R.Masoodi,J.)
