Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. 1. The present intra-court appeal was instituted against an interlocutory order passed on 21.05.2025 by the contempt court. 2. During the interregnum period, the order giving rise to the contempt application was complied with by the competent authority with the issuance of order dated 05.07.2025 unconditionally. 3. In view of the compliance of the court order having been made, the contempt proceedings came to be dismissed on 08.7.2025. 4. In these circumstances the intra-court appeal arising out of the interlocutory order passed in the contempt proceedings has lost its efficacy. Moreover, the compliance made by the competent authority by order dated 05.07.2025 is unconditional. 5.
