This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.02.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘the Tribunal’) in O.A. 4014/2024 titled as ‘Shaista Siddiqui v. Delhi Waqf Board’. 2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Tribunal, while listing the O.A. for final hearing on 09.07.2025, has not granted the interim relief as prayed for by the petitioner herein. 3. We are informed that on 09.07.2025, the learned Tribunal has now adjourned the hearing of the O.A. to 09.09.2025.
