Mr. Chhabra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that for the present, the petitioners would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide the petitioners’ statutory appeal dated 10 March 2025 preferred against their dismissal from service. 2. Issue notice, returnable forthwith. 3. Ms. Shivalakshmi, CGSC, who is present in Court, at request of the Court, graciously agreed to accept notice. 4.
