The present appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction dated 07.05.2024 and the order on sentence dated 25.07.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No. 7141/2016, arising out of FIR No. 1883/2014, registered at Police Station Mehrauli, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. By the impugned judgment, the Appellant, Robin Massey @ Monu, was convicted for committing the murder of one Dharmender @ Dharmu during the intervening night of 6th and 7th October, 2014.
