The prayer in this writ petition reads thus: “a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or such other Writ as may be expedient, directing the Respondent to stop the Deduction of and payment of Rs. 7,000/- (R.5,000/-+ Rs. 2,000/-) in the name of Ms. Hema Rani and Master Vinayak under SECTION 61 2 (i) OF THE ITBP FORCE ACT 1992; and,” 2. We note that, despite the aforesaid prayer, Hema Rani and Vinayak, to whom payments are being prayed to be discontinued, have not been made parties.
