This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No. 0178/2025, dated 06.05.2025, registered at P.S Dwarka North under sections 115(2)/126(2) BNS and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties.
