Through the present bail application, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 68/2020 under Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act registered at PS Swaroop Nagar. 2. The prosecution has informed that out of 21 witnesses, 16 witnesses have already been examined, and the remaining witnesses are likely to be examined shortly. 3. On this, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not be insisting for disposal of the bail application on merits and instead requests that a direction be issued to the learned Sessions Court for its early disposal. 4.
