On 28.04.2023, the Petitioner no. 1 and 4 forcibly entered the disputed property at A-4/21, Sector-20, Rohini belonging to the stepmother of Respondent No.2 and the Petitioner no. 1 and 4 physically assaulted him, abused him using caste-indicative slurs, and threatened to kill him, thereby outraging his dignity. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 lodged the aforesaid FIR against Petitioners. The charge sheet was filed under sections 323/506/34 IPC and section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.
