Petition has been filed by the petitioner purportedly in public interest to take necessary action against the brick kiln, established and operated by respondent No. 6, in violation of provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Bricks Kilns (Site Criteria for Establishment) Rule, 2012. 2. On previous occasion, when the matter came up before the Court, it was indicated that the distance between the petitioner's house and the brick kiln in question is about 25 kms. 3. Counsel for the petitioner was directed to obtain instructions in the matter. Today, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the distance is 15 kms. 4.
