The record indicates that the said brick kiln has been accorded consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 on 04.03.2023 by the U.P. Pollution Control Board and the same is in currency from 01.03.2023 to 31.07.2027. No prayer in the petition has been made seeking to question the said consent to operate dated 04.03.2023. 3.
