The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 4 and 5 not to change nature of pond land situated over Gata No.05 and 215, Village- Tarapur Guman, Post- Kandhaipur, Pargana- Dariyabad, Tehsil-Sirauligauspur, District- Barabanki and not to plant trees over the pond land, in the interest of justice." 4. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that on the land in question, trees have been planted. 5.
