The petitioner appears to be aggrieved against issuance of a caste certificate in favour of the opposite party nos. 5 to 11. According to the petitioner, opposite party nos. 5 to 11 are the persons belonging to the general category and are availing the benefit of schedule caste category under a certificate issued by the competent authority. 3. Any such dispute is amenable to the adjudicatory process by the District Level Committee of which the District Magistrate is the Chairman. 4. The petitioner is at liberty to take up the appropriate proceeding before the District Level Committee.
