Revenue Code, 2006 as was permitted by order dated 04.04.2018 passed by Additional District Judge, Gonda in Civil Appeal No.204 of 1981 does not seem to be the true compliance of Section 25 as an aggrieved party is duty bound to disclose the title of the case with all particulars. Leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings as permissible under law, the present writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
