The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the administrative authorities to remove the encroachment land gata no. 187 area 0.1900 hectare recorded as Kharihan, land gata no. 164 area 0.2390 hectare recorded as pond which is situated at Village Panchayat Village Benipur Bahuta (Teliyanpurwa), Tehsil Sadar, District Gonda." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code have been initiated and are pending. 4.
