The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite parties more specifically the opposite party no. 2 to 4 to remove the illegally encroachments of the opposite parties no. 5, 6, 7 and 8 on the Naveen Parti land recorded bearing gata no. 71 area 0.0540 hectares situated in the Village Shobhipur, Shivpur Khurd Kala, Pargana and Tehsil Patti, P.S. Kohdaur, District Pratapgarh within the stipulated time." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code have been initiated and are pending.
