The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue writ order in nature of mandamus commanding to the concerned opposite parties that they consider the case of the petitioner and remove the encroachment of the opposite party nos. 6 to 12 from the public land i.e. Gata No.2309K recorded as land of Talab', situated at Village Khanpur Malloh, Tehsil Payagpur, District Bahraich within reasonable time, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel informs that the proceedings have already been initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code. 4.
